Bringing together the diverse talents of some of the industry’s most accomplished helicopter services and oil and gas leaders, RLC’s management team is deeply dedicated to helping its customers move their businesses forward.

Dru Milke, President and CEO – Dru Milke has a distinguished track record of leadership in the Gulf of Mexico and internationally. Previously, Milke spent nearly 20 years at Offshore Logistics, a major provider of marine and helicopter transportation to the oil and gas industry and the parent company of Air Logistics (now Bristow). Dru served as Vice President Western Hemisphere Operations, Vice President International Operations, Chief Financial Officer, and ultimately, President of Air Logistics. During this timeframe, the company grew from less than $100 million to greater than $600 million in annual revenue and expanded from a Gulf of Mexico operator to a global leader in offshore helicopter operations. Most recently, Dru served as CFO for Moreno Group Holdings, an integrated energy service company.

Joan McCarthy, CFO- Joan McCarthy has an accomplished background in management, financial operations, controls and reporting, with deep expertise in accounting for the offshore oil and gas service industry. Prior to joining RLC, McCarthy held executive positions at Offshore Logistics, Inc., a major provider of helicopter transportation for the oil and gas industry and GulfMark Offshore, Inc., a worldwide provider of marine transportation. Most recently, she led financial operations for Moreno Group, LLC, a global leader in fabrication and construction.

John Gilley – Vice President Sales and Marketing – John has been with RLC since 2008 and has a deep understanding of aircraft operations and maintenance. He spent five years in his previous role as Managing Director of Supply Chain for RLC, and his experience in the aviation industry proved vital to RLC’s success. Prior to RLC, John spent 5 years at Bristow Group in positions of increasing responsibility for their Global Supply Chain operations. John began his aviation career at Lafayette Aero, Inc. while attending the University of Louisiana Lafayette. John graduated from ULL with a degree in Business Finance.

Mark Behne, Vice President Sales and Marketing – Mark Behne brings over 24 years of commercial aviation experience to RLC, working in positions of increasing responsibility and authority. He is both an A&P mechanic and a licensed pilot. Prior to joining RLC, Mark was self‐employed as an Aviation Consultant. Prior to Aviation Consulting, Mark spent 8 years at another Gulf of Mexico helicopter service company, as Vice President where he managed operations, maintenance and business development for their Gulf of Mexico and onshore utility operations. Prior to this, Mark spent 15 years at Era Helicopters, LLC, most recently as Area Manager.

Jason Melancon – Director of Operations – Jason Melancon has over 25 years of aviation experience and has been employed at RLC since 2002 and has been serving in the capacity of Chief Pilot for the past nine years. Over the past 4 years, in addition to the Chief Pilot duties, he also acted as Director of Training. In his tenure at RLC, he has served as Line Pilot and Lead Pilot and has flown over 6000+ flight hours in rotary wing aircraft. Jason began his aviation career in agricultural aerial application at Ward Aerial Applicators and Air Farm, Inc.

Curtis Hudson, Chief Inspector – Curtis Hudson has employed his skills as both a licensed pilot and certified maintenance technician to ensure the safe and effective operation of aircraft for more than 25 years. Before accepting this most recent post at RLC, Hudson served as Chief Inspector and Maintenance Technician for RLC and as Associate Professor of Aviation at Nicholls State University. Earlier in his career, he was the Ground Instructor at Gulf Aire Enterprises. Hudson holds an A&P certificate, a Bachelor of Arts degree and an Associate Degree in Aviation.

Edie Hunt, Vice President Human Resources – Edie Hunt brings 15 years of management and leadership experience in the field of human resources to her role at RLC and has a proven track record in recruiting and retaining exceptional talent to facilitate company growth. Prior to joining RLC, Edie led the HR/IT and Administrative Departments at Dynamic Offshore Resources and guided the transition of those departments through the sale of the company to SandRidge Energy. Prior to Dynamic, she spent time at Bristow Group where she served as Global HR Manager having oversight for talent development, performance management, leadership training and succession planning for their global operations.

Jeff Peltier – Director of Supply Chain – Jeff Peltier brings 14 years of Supply Chain Management experience both international and domestic to his current role as Director of Supply Chain for RLC. Prior to joining RLC, Jeff spent 10 years with Bristow U.S. LLC. During his time at Bristow he held various positions in the Supply Chain Management field, most recently as their International Business Unit Supply Chain Manager since 2010. In this role Jeff was responsible for all Supply Chain facets on a global scale for the business unit and has also been directly involved in several major company acquisitions while at Bristow.

Jarred Carter, Chief Pilot – Jarred Carter brings 18 years of aviation experience and more than 7,000 helicopter flight hours to the position. During his 9 plus years of employment with RLC he has served as a VFR Pilot, Lead Pilot, IFR PIC, Instructor and IFR Check Airman. Prior to RLC, Jarred spent time at Silver State Helicopters as a Gold Seal Flight Instructor and Chief Pilot.

David Nezat, Director Facilities – David Nezat brings over 15 years of Facility Management and Commercial Construction experience to RLC and is responsible for design, construction and the many facets of maintaining RLC’s facilities. Prior to RLC, David spent nine years at Bristow as their Director of Facilities. David also spent time as Commercial Project Manager and Estimator at Rudick Company. David graduated from USL with a degree in Marketing.

Nathan Fowler, Director of Maintenance – Nathan has over 15 years of aviation experience and has been with RLC for five years, primarily as a Maintenance Lead.  Prior to RLC, Nathan served as a maintenance technician on Bell and Sikorsky aircraft at various locations across the Gulf of Mexico.  A former Marine, Nathan has worked for Chevron, Arrow Aviation and Infinity Support Services.

Tasha Louviere, Director Safety and Quality Assurance – Tasha has over 17 years of experience in all areas of risk management, loss control, regulatory compliance, safety programs and strategic planning.  Prior to RLC, Tasha spent 3 ½ years at Blackhawk Specialty Tools as Quality Health and Safety Manager and 14 years at Bristow Group where she held positions of increasing responsibility as Quality and Safety Coordinator, Industrial Safety Manager and Risk Manager.
