DRU MILKE, PRESIDENT AND CEODru Milke has a distinguished track record of leadership in the Gulf of Mexico and internationally. Previously, Milke spent nearly 20 years at Offshore Logistics, a major provider of marine and helicopter transportation to the oil and gas industry and the parent company of Air Logistics (now Bristow). Dru served as Vice President Western Hemisphere Operations, Vice President International Operations, Chief Financial Officer, and ultimately, President of Air Logistics. During this timeframe, the company grew from less than $100 million to greater than $600 million in annual revenue and expanded from a Gulf of Mexico operator to a global leader in offshore helicopter operations. Most recently, Dru served as CFO for Moreno Group Holdings, an integrated energy service company.
JOAN McCARTHY, CFOJoan McCarthy has an accomplished background in management, financial operations, controls and reporting, with deep expertise in accounting for the offshore oil and gas service industry. Prior to joining RLC, McCarthy held executive positions at Offshore Logistics, Inc., a major provider of helicopter transportation for the oil and gas industry and GulfMark Offshore, Inc., a worldwide provider of marine transportation. Most recently, she led financial operations for Moreno Group, LLC, a global leader in fabrication and construction.
PATRICK GRAVES, COOPatrick Graves brings 26 years of helicopter operations and training management experience, both international and domestic, to his current role as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining RLC, Patrick spent 16 years with Bristow Group and served as the Head of Flight Operations for the West African Business Unit, Operations Manager for the Latin America Business Unit and Director of Operations for the Gulf of Mexico Business Unit. Patrick began his career in aviation with the US Army where he served for 15 years in various operational and training roles.
JOHN GILLEY, VICE PRESIDENT SALES AND MARKETINGJohn has been with RLC since 2008 and has a deep understanding of aircraft operations and maintenance. He spent five years in his previous role as Managing Director of Supply Chain for RLC, and his experience in the aviation industry has proved vital to RLC’s success. Prior to RLC, John spent 5 years at Bristow Group in positions of increasing responsibility for their Global Supply Chain operations. John began his aviation career at Lafayette Aero, Inc. while attending the University of Louisiana Lafayette. John graduated from ULL with a degree in Business Finance.
PAT MILAM, VICE PRESIDENT SALES AND MARKETINGPat Milam brings over 30 years of oil and gas service sales and marketing experience to RLC. Pat comes to RLC after spending seven years at Wood Group PSN as Vice President Business Development as a result of Production Services Network (PSN) being acquired by Wood Group. Prior to Wood Group, he spent 15 combined years at Production Services Network (PSN) and Grasso Production Management as Vice President Business Development. Pat brings significant experience to RLC from his time in the contract production operations and personnel side of our industry. Pat graduated from USL (now ULL) with a degree in Business Administration. Earlier in his business career Pat worked for IBM and Brown Tool and Supply.
DAVID NEZAT, DIRECTOR FACILITIESDavid Nezat brings over 15 years of Facility Management and Commercial Construction experience to RLC and is responsible for design, construction and the many facets of maintaining RLC’s facilities. Prior to RLC, David spent nine years at Bristow as their Director of Facilities. David also spent time as Commercial Project Manager and Estimator at Rudick Company. David graduated from USL (now ULL) with a degree in Marketing.
EDIE HUNT, VICE PRESIDENT HUMAN RESOURCESEdie Hunt brings 15 years of management and leadership experience in the field of human resources to her role at RLC and has a proven track record in recruiting and retaining exceptional talent to facilitate company growth. Prior to joining RLC, Hunt led the HR/IT and Administrative Departments at Dynamic Offshore Resources, and guided the transition of those departments through the sale of the company to SandRidge Energy. Prior to Dynamic, she spent time at Bristow Group where she served as Global HR Manager having oversight for talent development, performance management, leadership training and succession planning for their global operations.
TOM YOUNG, VICE PRESIDENT SAFETY AND QUALITY ASSURANCETom Young has been with RLC for five years as Inspector and most recently as Quality Assurance Manager. Prior to RLC, Tom spent five years at Bristow, serving in the roles of Chief Inspector and Safety Risk Management. Prior to Bristow Tom spent 16 years at ERA Helicopters where he served stints as Director of Maintenance and Director of Safety. He began his career at Boeing in Quality Assurance. Tom brings a wealth of experience to RLC, and is very well suited to lead our continuous improvement effort toward safety in all aspects of our operations.
JAMES GUERINGER, VICE PRESIDENT/DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCEJames has been employed with RLC since 2012 and brings over 30 years of aviation experience to RLC. In his previous position as RLC’s 135 Manager, he was responsible for overseeing fleet maintenance on a Field base level. Prior to RLC, James spent 8 years with ERA Helicopters as a Maintenance Technician and 135 Inspector. He also spent 5 years at Arrow Aviation as 145 Inspector/Training Manager. James holds an A&P Certificate and an IA Authorization, and has attended multiple factory training courses on various models to augment his aircraft knowledge.
JEFF PELTIER – DIRECTOR OF SUPPLY CHAINJeff Peltier brings 14 years of Supply Chain Management experience both international and domestic to his current role as Director of Supply Chain for RLC. Prior to joining RLC, Jeff spent 10 years with Bristow U.S. LLC. During his time at Bristow he held various positions in the Supply Chain Management field, most recently as their International Business Unit Supply Chain Manager since 2010. In this role Jeff was responsible for all Supply Chain facets on a global scale for the business unit and has also been directly involved in several major company acquisitions while at Bristow.
JASON MELANCON, CHIEF PILOTJason Melancon has over 25 years of aviation experience and has been employed at RLC since 2002. In his tenure at RLC, he has served as Line Pilot and Lead Pilot and has flown over 6000+ flight hours in rotary wing aircraft. Jason began his aviation career in agricultural aerial application at Ward Aerial Applicators and Air Farm, Inc.
